Head of AI Expansion

Location: Remote, with the role associated with London, Greater London, United Kingdom; international travel is required.

What you will do

• Drive global adoption of QVAC and hirify.global AI across enterprises, institutions, and governments.
• Identify strategic use cases for local, private, decentralized, and sovereign AI, and build business cases for deployment.
• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close strategic AI partnerships and deployments.
• Develop relationships with senior enterprise, technology, and government stakeholders, as well as partners across compute, hardware, infrastructure, and technology.
• Define the global go-to-market strategy, prioritize markets and use cases, and manage the strategic opportunity pipeline.
• Build and lead the global AI Expansion team, including recruiting key commercial and solution-architecture roles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local and edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures.
• Proven experience originating, structuring, and closing large enterprise technology deals and partnerships.
• Strong relationships with senior decision-makers in enterprises, technology companies, and/or governments.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
