What you will do

• Own vision, strategy, and execution for AI Services and AI-driven offerings.
• Define organizational structure and leadership for AI Services teams.
• Provide hands-on operational leadership ensuring rigor and accountability.
• Translate strategy into detailed operational roadmaps and scalable processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Drive a high-performance culture aligned with evolving business needs.

Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely and communicate in English.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience scaling AI, technology, or service organizations.
• Proven track record in AI-driven initiatives with P&L and operational accountability.
• Experience in technology or hyper-growth companies preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
