Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Wrocław, Poland; hybrid with two mandatory office days. Two offices are available in Stockholm and Wrocław. Overlap with 9–17 CET working hours is required, and quarterly in-person meetings involve travel.

What you will do

• Contribute to core engineering initiatives with company-wide impact.
• Navigate high-ambiguity, mission-critical projects and define execution paths balancing speed, quality, and sustainability.
• Design, review, and write architecture reviews, RFCs, and technical design documents.
• Own production systems with focus on maintainability, reliability, cost efficiency, and security.
• Collaborate with product and consumer teams and represent the technology to clients.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of software engineering experience or an equivalent record of impact.
• Experience delivering initiatives lasting at least one month with product and technical impact.
• Professional experience designing and developing distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, plus CI/CD and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
• Fluency working with AI in engineering and software development lifecycle processes, along with Linux/Unix and networking fundamentals.
