Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland, with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; working from home on Wednesday is generally available, while Friday depends on the role.

Salary: 31,900–36,250 PLN gross monthly, plus potential equity, sales incentive pay for applicable roles, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and own end-to-end product features, from user interfaces to scalable backend processing logic.
• Develop integrations between Asana and function-specific tools used by teams in areas such as Operations, Marketing, and IT.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from conception through post-launch reflection.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, user researchers, and data scientists.
• Write clean, maintainable code and improve existing codebases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience in large, well-maintained codebases building user-facing products; integration development experience is preferred.
• Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React and Node, or with Scala.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Autonomous judgment when balancing delivery speed with quality and long-term maintainability.
• Strong attention to user experience and product details.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to apply them to productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
