Full-Stack Engineer (React/Node)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Wednesdays may be worked from home; Friday arrangements depend on the role.

Salary: 31,900–36,250 PLN gross monthly, excluding additional compensation components such as equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and own product functionality across user interfaces and efficient, flexible, scalable backend processing.
• Develop integrations with function-specific tools in areas such as Operations, Marketing, and IT.
• Participate in the full product development process from conception through post-launch reflection.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, user research, and data science.
• Write clean, maintainable code and improve existing codebases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience building user-facing products in large, well-maintained codebases.
• Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React and Node, or Scala.
• Experience with integration development is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Autonomous judgment when balancing delivery speed with long-term code quality.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to apply them to productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
