What you will do
- Plan, schedule, and manage risks across translation projects.
- Allocate resources and coordinate linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers.
- Track project progress, quality, delivery timelines, and costs.
- Manage day-to-day client communication, status reports, and project solutions.
- Facilitate communication within project teams and complete project administration and financial processes.
- Collect KPI data for assigned clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic, vocational, or directly related qualification.
- 0–2 years of project management experience, preferably in life sciences translation.
- Experience with CAT or TMS tools is preferred.
- Strong multitasking, time management, organizational, attention-to-detail, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
