Maintenance Manager (24/7 Shift) (Biotech)

Salary: €72,444.65–€98,013.35 per year

What you will do

• Lead senior maintenance technicians during 24/7 process maintenance shifts supporting manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate daily handovers, technical meetings, maintenance planning, resource allocation, and work prioritization.
• Manage equipment breakdowns, emergency responses, corrective maintenance, and efforts to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safe execution of maintenance work and adherence to GxP, SOP, EHS, and quality requirements.
• Support process deviation investigations, CAPA execution, engineering trials, and equipment-related projects.
• Maintain accurate Maximo work orders, shift documentation, skills matrices, training, and qualification records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification and/or experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a GxP or other highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Lean Transformation and/or Change Management programs.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing, aseptic processing, GxP, EHS, quality systems, CAPA, and change control.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance strategies, resource planning, and systems such as Maximo, SAP, learning management systems, process control systems, or electronic batch records.
