Property Surveyor

Location: Field-based in Manchester, United Kingdom, with regular time required in multiple offices and pubs across the North West region.

What you will do

• Ensure pubs comply with statutory obligations and agreed company and divisional property standards.
• Carry out condition surveys and prepare capital investment plans.
• Coordinate property surveying programs, including minor and major projects across the region.
• Manage reactive works and prioritise actions to meet deadlines across multiple locations.
• Identify problems and their causes, evaluate data, make logical decisions, and take action.

Requirements

• Previous experience with multi-site pub, leisure, or retail developments.
• Extensive property management experience, including maintaining asset value and improving presentation and operating effectiveness.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and implementation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, deliver results across various locations, and influence executive stakeholders.
• Professional industry-recognised qualification such as RICS or CIOB is preferred, with 5+ years of industry experience.
