Enterprise Vendor Program Manager II

Location: Hybrid position in Memphis, TN; Plano, TX; or Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location and work onsite several times per week.

Salary: $6,511.62–$10,744.16 per month in Memphis; $6,854.33–$11,309.65 per month in Plano or Pittsburgh.

What you will do

• Implement and support enterprise vendor risk management frameworks, assessments, compliance processes, and monitoring tools.
• Enable vendor performance management through KPI scorecards, QBR agendas, standardized toolkits, and commercial delivery tracking.
• Integrate sustainability and diversity criteria into vendor selection and lifecycle management.
• Identify and support AI, process automation, and technology solutions that improve vendor management visibility and efficiency.
• Develop training and enablement materials for Sourcing and Business teams using vendor management tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Legal, IT, and Business stakeholders to drive adoption and continuously improve governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in program or project management, business process design, vendor management governance, or business enablement.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide process, training, or tool rollouts is highly preferred.
• Ability to design user-friendly frameworks, templates, playbooks, and training materials for non-expert users.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, analytical, and technology aptitude.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Memphis, Plano, or Pittsburgh campus and work onsite several times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Source-to-Pay, Third-Party Risk Management, or Supplier Lifecycle Operations systems such as ServiceNow, Coupa, SAP Ariba, OneTrust, or Archer.
• Experience partnering with Sourcing, Legal, Information Security, and Corporate Finance teams.
• Procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• PMP, CTPRP, or CVMP certification.
