Associate Analyst, Forecasting (Retail)

What you will do

• Analyze historical selling patterns, trends, seasonality, and early indicators to create accurate location-level forecasts.
• Use exception-based demand analysis to improve forecast accuracy and support preseason financial strategies.
• Help guide inventory distribution, product placement, supply chain decisions, and future inventory plans across domestic, international, and e-commerce channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on business strategies, profitability management, and decisions based on current sales and inventory information.
• Research global market customer migration patterns and turn data and insights into actionable forecasting recommendations.
• Present forecast and inventory analysis, demand insights, customer insights, and trend ideas to senior leadership in line with financial objectives and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• 2–3+ years of related experience in retail planning.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently with senior-level leaders.
• Ability to thrive in team-based settings and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire and curiosity to learn more, with willingness to take responsibility for a portion of a multi-billion-dollar business.
• Passion for the A&F Co. brands and the role.
