Senior Strategic Program Manager, Advanced Services

Location: Onsite in New York, New York, or Raleigh, North Carolina. Durham is also listed as an office location.

Annual base salary: $146,000–$219,000 USD, with possible incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Design and manage strategic growth programs that increase customer adoption, pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured programs with objectives, workstreams, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Services integration activities related to acquisitions, new technologies, and organizational changes.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Advanced Services, Sales, Delivery, Portfolio, Product, Finance, and Operations without direct authority.
• Build business cases, performance metrics, reporting, field communications, incentives, and enablement assets.
• Use performance data and customer feedback to improve, scale, adapt, or conclude initiatives and communicate progress to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
• Commercial understanding of how programs drive adoption, pipeline, bookings, and revenue growth.
• Ability to turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving execution without direct authority.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership and execution teams.
• Data-driven approach and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
