Senior Procurement Specialist Indirect Materials & Services (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Oss, Netherlands; onsite at the production site

What you will do

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for indirect materials and services supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage regional and local supplier relationships across facility management, temporary labor services, and business technology.
• Lead sourcing initiatives, including RFI and RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and digital sourcing activities.
• Prepare and negotiate supplier contracts with minimal legal support.
• Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes and deliver business value.
• Drive cost management, total cost of ownership improvements, supplier performance, sustainability, and supplier diversity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, supply chain, procurement, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of procurement experience.
• Professional experience in contracting.
• Analytical, creative, innovative, results-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch.

• Experience using AI agents in procurement.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries.
