Hubs Logistics Controller (Retail Logistics)

Location: Leicester, with regular travel between South Elmsall warehouses and Head Office and occasional international travel

Salary: £37,500–£40,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage international partner hub relationships, including service-level agreements and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate bulk trailer movements and ensure products reach international hubs efficiently.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer order journey across global routes, from picking and packing through delivery.
• Lead planning and peak-trading meetings with warehouse operations and third-party partners.
• Analyse logistics performance and provide commercial process-improvement insights to senior managers and Directors.
• Identify supply chain risks and recommend solutions to protect delivery commitments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with a background in client relationship management.
• Strong people management, coaching, communication, influencing, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse complex information and make confident commercial decisions.
• Proactive and adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced retail environment and peak trading periods.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
• Ability to build effective relationships across teams and cultures.
