What you will do

• Support the development and execution of media plans and integrated communications plans for assigned clients and campaigns.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research to develop consumer insights, channel roles, and budget allocations.
• Compile research and competitive data to support audience targeting and client recommendations.
• Develop tactical campaign materials, including flow charts, trafficking spreadsheets, and budget trackers.
• Collaborate with planners and investment teams on RFPs, insights, and strategies.
• Coordinate billing discrepancy resolution and respond to day-to-day client requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with related coursework in advertising, marketing, or communications.
• 0–1 year of media planning or buying experience; relevant internship experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.
