Vice President of Product Management (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States. Occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings may be required. United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $235,000–$265,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy in alignment with company growth goals.
• Own product roadmaps across customer segments, including prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• Hire, develop, and lead the product management team while establishing performance and career-growth standards.
• Scale the product operating model from discovery through launch, including requirements, prioritization, and launch readiness.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Medical Affairs to deliver committed work and connect customer evidence to the roadmap.
• Define launch success metrics, manage the product lifecycle, and lead expansion into new markets and segments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including 10+ years managing product managers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep experience in health technology or clinical data platforms and a record of shipping products that address customer pain points.
• Experience in regulated environments where HIPAA, PHI handling, traceability, and evidence requirements shape product design.
• Ability to influence Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Medical Affairs without formal authority.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in diagnostics, specialty pharmacy, revenue cycle, or prior authorization and utilization management.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production and using generative AI tools for discovery, requirements, and documentation.
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, TEFCA, NCPDP, or CMS prior-authorization rulemaking.
• Experience scaling a product organization through rapid revenue growth and market expansion.
