Business Applications Manager (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

Location: Weybridge, Surrey, United Kingdom; 4 days onsite per week required

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per annum, with £65,000–£70,000 available for an exceptional candidate

Established UK-based organisation with a long-term technology roadmap focused on its core business systems.

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day management and development of core business applications, with Microsoft Dynamics NAV at the centre.
• Provide hands-on NAV support, system configuration, and continuous system improvements.
• Work with users across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Warehousing to identify requirements and improve processes.
• Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners.
• Provide technical and functional input across the wider business applications environment.
• Help lead the planned January 2029 transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Experience as an internal NAV/BC subject matter expert or business systems specialist.
• Strong knowledge of core business processes across Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Warehousing.
• Good SQL and SQL Server experience.
• Experience with business applications, system configuration, and ongoing improvement.
• Comfortable working onsite in Weybridge 4 days per week; this requirement is non-negotiable.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
