What you will do

• Create visual designs for websites, digital campaigns, email, social, and other digital channels.
• Design polished, responsive web experiences with strong typography, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Translate creative direction and brand guidelines into sophisticated digital experiences.
• Develop design concepts from initial exploration through final execution and present design decisions.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, content, development, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple priorities, incorporate feedback, maintain visual quality, and work with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for digital and web design.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and digital design workflows.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience creating consistent visual systems across digital experiences.
• Strong presentation, collaboration, ownership, and attention-to-detail skills.
