Digital Designer, Web and Mobile

Location: Remote position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, CABA, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza, Argentina; one day per week at the nearest office is expected.

What you will do

• Contribute to the evolution and rebranding of the primary website, including new sites, landing pages, and event pages.
• Co-create and maintain a web design system with reusable components, templates, assets, and style guidelines.
• Design responsive web and mobile experiences, marketing materials, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Use Figma and Adobe tools to produce pixel-perfect mockups, production-ready files, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, responsive behavior, web performance, and visual consistency across breakpoints.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to incorporate feedback and align designs with business goals.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of web and mobile designs integrating brand identity into digital products.
• Strong knowledge of hierarchy, composition, typography, color, spacing, layout, imagery, and visual detail.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs and iterating them based on stakeholder, user, or technical feedback.
• Knowledge of responsive design, usability heuristics, information architecture, accessibility, and web performance.
• Intermediate English, B1, is required for internal communication. Basic HTML5 and CSS3 knowledge is also required.

Nice to have

• JavaScript knowledge.
• CMS experience, including WordPress.
• Animation and motion-design skills.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Freepik, and ChatGPT.
