TL;DR
UX/Web Designer (AI): Designing and implementing high-converting website pages and scalable design systems for an AI legal platform with an accent on Figma, Webflow, UX structure, and conversion optimization. Focus on building responsive landing pages, connecting custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript solutions, and identifying friction through analytics and user behavior analysis.
Location: Hybrid, Milan, Italy; regular in-person collaboration at the Milan HQ.
Annual salary: €32,000–€42,000, plus equity.

is building an AI platform for legal work used by more than 20,000 legal professionals across Europe.
What you will do
- Design high-converting landing pages for paid traffic across desktop and mobile.
- Define website structures, new sections, and scalable design systems in Figma.
- Build and publish pages and components in Webflow, including bug fixes, translations, and redirects.
- Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript solutions, automations, embeds, forms, and CRM integrations.
- Analyze analytics, heatmaps, and user behavior to identify UX and conversion improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales stakeholders to turn business goals into effective web pages.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in UX/web design and web development, with a relevant portfolio.
- Strong Figma and web UX skills, including user research, information architecture, wireframes, design systems, and prototypes.
- Experience with Webflow or WordPress, plus HTML and CSS; JavaScript is highly valued.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, Microsoft Clarity, GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and SEO fundamentals.
- Native-level proficiency in at least one of Italian, Spanish, German, or French; fluent English; and working knowledge of at least one additional language from this group.
- Creative, proactive, iterative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in B2B, SaaS, legal, or fintech contexts.
