UX Designer - Platform (SaaS)

Location: Remote position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza, Argentina; one day per week at the nearest office is expected.

What you will do

• Design new product features and solutions through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Investigate user and product problems, identify information gaps and dependencies, and propose alternative solutions.
• Develop and maintain guidelines, design libraries, components, and patterns for the product design system.
• Redesign existing functionality and improve visual consistency, usability, and user experience.
• Collaborate with Product, functional analysts, and development teams to define feasible solutions.
• Communicate design rationale and trade-offs while incorporating feedback from stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong foundations in composition, hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, layout, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of user interface design, software prototyping, wireframing, testing, and iterative design.
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive behavior, design systems, and implementation constraints.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Intermediate written and spoken English (B1) is required for internal communication.
• Comfort using AI tools and interest in emerging AI capabilities.

• JavaScript or other programming skills.
