Operational Risk / Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) Specialist

What you will do

• Support the development and enhancement of enterprise risk management policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and risk culture materials.
• Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators, consolidate business-unit reporting, and prepare risk reports for senior management and Board Committees.
• Analyze operational risk incidents across regional entities and conduct trend analysis and thematic reviews to identify emerging risks.
• Support risk assessments for new crypto and digital-asset products, services, and business initiatives, including control validation and remediation tracking.
• Maintain KRI matrices across global and regional risk functions and provide oversight across multiple risk pillars.
• Contribute to third-party risk management, incident management, business continuity planning, dashboards, analytics, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operational risk, enterprise risk management, audit, advisory, financial services, or product risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets and knowledge of GRC platforms or database management systems are relevant to the role.
• Applicants must be based in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, or the United Arab Emirates.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting ERMF implementation and governance.
• Familiarity with RCSA, KRIs, incident management, and risk reporting.
• Exposure to regulatory expectations within financial institutions, fintech, or digital-asset businesses.
• FRM, PRM, CRISC, CIA, or equivalent professional certification.
