Advisory Specialist - Compensation & Corporate Governance

Location: Makati City, Philippines; hybrid arrangement with a minimum of three days per week onsite. Regular day shift: 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Manila Time.

What you will do

• Prepare client-ready analyses of equity plans as part of the Equity Plan Review team.
• Support advisors on say-on-pay proposals, director independence matters, shareholder proposals, and executive compensation topics.
• Analyze governance proposals, compensation programs, and client-provided data to identify shareholder concerns and governance risks.
• Conduct research and evaluate relevant data to develop analytical reports and insights.
• Produce reports, presentations, and other client-ready deliverables while collaborating with colleagues across global markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• One to two years of relevant experience or working knowledge of executive compensation is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in data research and analysis are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, innovative, client-focused, and committed to high ethical standards.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City on a regular day shift and follow the hybrid arrangement with at least three onsite days per week.
