TL;DR

Consultant Lead, Professional Services – Asset Finance (Fintech): Leading functional consulting and solution delivery for technology supporting the complete asset finance lifecycle with an accent on business requirements, process optimization, and client implementations. Focus on translating complex needs into functional specifications, configuring and testing solutions, and leading migrations, upgrades, and integrations.

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual

What you will do

Lead analysis and definition of business processes, system scope, objectives, and functional requirements for asset finance solutions.
Work with financial institutions and internal stakeholders to elicit, validate, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Lead functional activities across implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades, and system integrations.
Configure, validate, and test solutions, conduct acceptance activities, and confirm that functionality meets business requirements.
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities while guiding stakeholders through the solution-delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

Extensive experience in business analysis, functional consulting, or professional services within financial services or financial technology.
Strong knowledge of asset finance products and workflows, including origination, contract management, accounting, collections, asset management, and end-of-contract activities.
Experience translating complex business requirements into process models, use cases, functional specifications, and system requirements.
Strong understanding of software-development lifecycles, including Agile, Waterfall, iterative, and other modern delivery approaches.
Experience leading client-facing implementations, migrations, upgrades, integrations, or business-transformation projects.

Nice to have

Experience with asset finance or leasing technology platforms.
Accounting, lease-accounting, or enterprise implementation experience.
Experience working with financial institutions, lenders, lessors, or asset finance organizations.
