Sr. Implementation Consultant (AI)

Location: Hybrid position in Pasay, Manila, Philippines; office days will be confirmed by the hiring manager.

What you will do

• Lead strategic and complex initiatives within the Configuration & Testing Center of Excellence.
• Define global standards, governance frameworks, controls, processes, and best practices for configuration and testing.
• Assess and redesign end-to-end processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and artificial intelligence.
• Translate business, client, regional, and operational needs into governed requirements and partner with Product and Technology on scalable solutions.
• Lead readiness, communications, enablement, training, adoption, and rollout strategies for new capabilities and ways of working.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, KPIs, documentation, and executive-level recommendations to support continuous improvement and decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving operational excellence, process improvement, transformation, capability enablement, client services, or technology.
• Strong project or program management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience translating business and operational needs into process requirements and partnering with Product and Technology teams.
• Experience with process design, standardization, governance, controls, continuous improvement, and organizational change.
• Leadership, coaching, or mentorship experience with the ability to work across organizational boundaries and manage ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of automation and generative AI technologies or demonstrated interest in applying them to business processes.
• Knowledge of payments, client operations, implementations, configuration, testing, banking, or funds movement.
