Senior Consultant, Configuration (Payments)

What you will do

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, governance, and final approval of complex client configurations across hirify.global payment processing platforms.
• Provide technical and advisory support to clients and internal teams including Client Services, Risk, Product, and Sales.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex or non-standard configuration issues with potential financial, operational, or client impact.
• Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and adoption of AI-enabled tools.
• Validate billing configurations, support technical change reviews, and help ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Mentor and train team members, participate in on-call coverage, and coordinate cross-functional implementation outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience with a solid understanding of payment systems.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and translate them into practical business solutions.
• Strong prioritization, organization, communication, consultative, relationship management, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others, manage customer expectations, and remain calm under pressure.
• Fluent English is required.
