Licensing Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage licensing requests and implementations for new and add-on hirify.global products and services.
• Provide consultative guidance on hirify.global rules, eligibility criteria, regulations, fees, features, and onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, Onboarding, Implementation, and other internal stakeholders to improve the onboarding experience.
• Track licensing workstreams, prepare project plans and status reports, and manage lifecycle requests including upgrades, downgrades, mergers, acquisitions, and terminations.
• Test and troubleshoot installed systems, support acceptance testing, and escalate technical issues for resolution.
• Present licensing processes, train staff and partners, and recommend improvements to tools, systems, and communication channels.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Client-facing experience in financial services or the payments industry.
• Experience managing high-volume operational work, meeting deadlines, improving processes, and supporting product implementations in payment processing.
• Experience with project management, Microsoft Office, cross-cultural collaboration, and remote situations.
• Ability to work independently and within a global team on flexible rotating schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when required for 24/7 operations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of end-to-end financial services licensing processes, business drivers, and client expectations.
• Experience synthesizing technical information into business solutions.
• Experience with hirify.global databases and workflow tools such as VCIS, MSD, or Playbook.
• Experience training others and identifying process-efficiency opportunities.
