Senior Finance Transformation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own core central financial processes, including close, reporting, forecasting, and controls.
• Lead the finance systems roadmap across ERP, planning, reporting, consolidation, and automation tools.
• Identify and implement AI, ML, and automation solutions for close, consolidation, accounting, reconciliation, and forecasting.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to build and deploy finance tools.
• Redesign workflows from data capture and AP/AR through close, planning, and reporting.
• Establish governance, controls, documentation, and adoption practices for a modern finance function.

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance experience, including senior or manager-level responsibility for core finance operations.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing finance systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, planning and reporting platforms, consolidation tools, or automation solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI, ML, or automation projects that replaced manual finance work with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of process controls, close management, intercompany processes, and SOX-adjacent practices.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and data teams and translate between finance and technology.
• Strong communication skills for influencing C-suite stakeholders and driving change adoption.

• Background in crypto, fintech, or high-growth environments.
• Experience with AI-native finance tools, AI agents, finance copilots, or ML-based planning.
• Experience building or scaling a finance function in a fast-moving company.
