Head of Finance Transformation & Controlling (Fintech)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; four days in the office

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end Business Central migration, including chart-of-accounts mapping and dimension design.
• Own management reporting and accelerate the financial close toward business day five through automation.
• Own group consolidation and prepare the IFRS 9 expected credit loss model for audit readiness.
• Design the accounting controls and segregation-of-duties framework.
• Lead the data quality programme and establish data ownership across Finance, Tech, and Product.

Requirements

• Experience leading a completed finance transformation programme in a bank or other regulated financial institution.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation or migration, including chart-of-accounts and dimension design.
• Strong background in management reporting, consolidation, cost control, and close acceleration.
• Working knowledge of IFRS 9 expected credit loss modelling, or strong quantitative grounding and willingness to own it.
• Ability to influence Finance, Tech, and Product stakeholders without direct line authority.
