Finance Systems Admin (Workday)

Location: Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; role available in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, or Taiwan

What you will do

• Administer Workday Financials, including user access, roles, approval workflows, reports, and configurations.
• Maintain vendor, customer, chart-of-accounts, and worktag master data consistently across systems.
• Support integrations between Workday, banking systems, and crypto tooling.
• Provide first-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting users; troubleshoot and escalate issues.
• Support the Workday migration, including data validation, cutover, hypercare, UAT, close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, user guides, audit records, access reviews, segregation-of-duties controls, and change logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance operations, systems administration, or ERP support.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including data cleaning and cross-checking.
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs.
• Detail-oriented, process-minded, and able to communicate clearly in writing.
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain.

Nice to have

• Workday Financials experience or certification.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Xero.
• SQL or scripting skills, including Python, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience with crypto operations tooling or digital-asset accounting.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
