Data Analyst (Blockchain)

Location: Remote-first work-from-home arrangement in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, or Singapore; availability may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Support growth and marketing campaigns across the full conversion funnel by pulling, validating, and structuring data.
• Measure campaign performance, including conversion rates, CAC, ROI, and retention of acquired users.
• Build and maintain growth dashboards and automate recurring data pulls where possible.
• Analyze large volumes of user behavior and transactional data using SQL and internal data platforms.
• Design cohort analyses and translate findings into recommendations for marketing, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Create clear visualizations and narratives in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in an analytics role; campaign, growth, or marketing analytics experience is advantageous.
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to independently write and debug complex queries on large-scale datasets.
• Experience with a visualization tool such as DataWind.
• Ability to investigate trends, explain patterns, and communicate complex technical findings in clear language.
• Self-driven approach, teamwork, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques.

Nice to have

• Python or R experience.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code.
• Passion for emerging technologies related to blockchain and AI.
