Business Intelligence/Data Analytics Manager

What you will do

• Work across the data lifecycle, from data engineering to sophisticated visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments.
• Analyze PB-scale transactional, operational, and customer data with proprietary and open-source tools.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear visualizations and recommendations for operational teams and executives.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

Requirements

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial sciences, computer science, engineering, life sciences, or another quantitative discipline.
• Experience in analytics or data science.
• Ability to learn and apply analytical software, data models, and programming languages.
• Ability to investigate data trends and explain complex technical findings in clear language.
• Competency in at least two areas: analytical software such as R or SAS; visualization tools such as QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI; relational or graph databases such as SQL, NoSQL, or Neo4j; or programming languages such as VBA, C++, Java, or Python.

Nice to have

• Internal or client-facing consulting or business transformation experience.
