Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote, Philippines; core collaboration hours are 12:00–6:00 PM Manila Time (UTC+8).

What you will do

• Build the analytical foundation for accurate, complete, and compliant client data in the Origination domain.
• Trace client information flows between the mobile app and back-office systems to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
• Build and maintain dashboards for data freshness, completeness, validity, and consistency.
• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries for data investigations, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Map regulatory requirements to data fields and monitor compliance through ongoing analytics.
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams on data-related decisions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills, including independent query writing, debugging, and optimization.
• Structured thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or similar, or with operational/client data and data quality frameworks.
