Business Analyst / Project Manager (International Markets) (FinTech)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia. Work format: onsite at the employer's location or remote.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements from internal stakeholders and international B2B clients.
• Model and optimize As-Is and To-Be business processes using BPMN and UML.
• Prepare technical specifications, user stories, use cases, BRD, SRS, and acceptance criteria for development and IT teams.
• Design international payment scenarios and API integrations with FinTech platforms and legal services.
• Build project roadmaps, decompose tasks, plan sprints, and control timelines from idea to release.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and proactively manage development risks and blockers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, UML, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, web service architecture, and basic SQL queries.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Miro, Figma, or Visio.
• Ability to use AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude for documentation and hypothesis generation.
• English at B2/C1 level and fluent Georgian are required.

• Experience in Gamedev, FinTech, or E-commerce.
