What you will do

• Deliver digital asset payment, settlement, and liquidity capabilities involvhirify.global stablecoins, tokenised deposits, and blockchain-enabled payments.
• Translate business opportunities and requirements into product features, user stories, operational processes, and solution designs.
• Define end-to-end operathirify.global models, payment flows, bookhirify.global models, and settlement processes.
• Drive backlog prioritisation, feature refinement, and Agile delivery execution.
• Coordinate business, operations, architecture, engineerhirify.global, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Support testhirify.global, implementation, operational readiness, and alignment with governance and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, payments, financial market infrastructure, fintech, or digital assets.
• Proven experience deliverhirify.global complex business and technology programmes in a regulated financial environment.
• Strong knowledge of at least two areas includhirify.global cross-border payments, correspondent bankhirify.global, clearhirify.global and settlement, SWIFT or real-time payments, and financial market infrastructures.
• Understandhirify.global of blockchain, stablecoins, tokenised deposits, wholesale CBDCs, smart contracts, custody, wallet infrastructure, and digital asset settlement models.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with stablecoins, tokenised deposits, tokenised cash, or blockchain-based payments.
• Familiarity with European digital asset and payment regulations.
