What you will do

• Develop and implement user change management strategies aligned with Client Services & Experience roadmaps and release schedules.
• Gather user requirements and feedback to assess impacts and define change approaches.
• Create communication plans and training materials for upcoming changes.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide guidance to support adoption and proficiency.
• Plan global Voice of the Customer and Q&A sessions with local and regional Digital teams.
• Monitor adoption metrics, address resistance, and coordinate change activities with product, platform, service, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in user change management or IT training.
• Experience with user change management and organizational change practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Customer service mindset and empathy when addressing user concerns and resistance.
• Working knowledge of IT service management processes and project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, or a related field; fluent English, both verbal and written, is required.

• ITIL or Agile certifications.
