Scientific Project & Alliance Technician (AI)

Location: Remote in Spain, with the role associated with the R&D center in Sant Feliu de Llobregat

What you will do

• Develop analytics and dashboards for alliance management, scientific progress, risk assessment, milestone tracking, and collaboration health.
• Build data standards, analytics tools, and knowledge-management resources for project and alliance operations.
• Automate and standardize visualization and report preparation, including R&D reports and bimonthly reporting to the RDPC.
• Manage the Partnerships and Experts database and coordinate collaboration and service agreements with public research centers.
• Prepare R&D pipeline updates, website content, investor-meeting materials, symposium materials, publications, and press-release content.
• Coordinate with internal and external communications, guide authors, and organize external visits to the R&D center.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, such as biology, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of scientific project workflows and research environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project-tracking tools, office software, and collaboration platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Effective communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and availability to work remotely from Spain.

• Previous experience in research support, project coordination, or scientific operations.
