Senior Design Coordinator, LEGO® DESiGN

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Maintain clear and accessible product information, assets, and documentation across project repositories and collaboration platforms.
• Coordinate project deliverables, planning activities, timelines, resources, and operational work across Design and Leadership teams.
• Organise and support play tests, workshops, reviews, testing activities, and stakeholder meetings.
• Consolidate consumer insights and communicate findings in clear, actionable formats.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, documentation standards, team workflows, tools, and ways of working.
• Build alignment and contribute to a strong network of Design Coordinators across hirify.global Design.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating project information, assets, and documentation with SharePoint, Teams, or similar digital collaboration platforms.
• Experience coordinating project planning, timelines, resources, or operational activities in a design, creative, or product development environment.
• Experience creating reports, insight summaries, or documentation that supports decision-making and project execution.
• Experience facilitating workshops, reviews, testing activities, or stakeholder meetings and documenting outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and work in a structured, proactive, agile manner.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational and communication skills.

• Experience with consumer research, play testing, or user feedback programmes.
• Experience transforming complex information into actionable insights.
• Experience improving operational processes, documentation standards, or team workflows.
• Experience supporting creative, design, or innovation teams through product development.
• Experience with intellectual property approval processes.
