AI Agent Engineer

What you will do

• Develop an enterprise-grade conversational agent platform for AI search, token insights, trading assistant Q&A, and trading strategy generation.
• Implement multi-turn conversations with contextual memory, tool calling, orchestration, clarification, follow-up questions, and fallback handling.
• Build and optimize large-model application pipelines using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, function calling, and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with product, algorithm, data, and trading teams to deploy conversational AI in business scenarios.
• Establish production monitoring and evaluation systems for resolution rate, completion rate, latency, and user satisfaction.
• Improve stability, security, compliance, performance, availability, and observability under high-concurrency workloads.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of backend development experience with strong Java or Python skills and familiarity with microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience deploying large-model or AI applications, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector retrieval, and function calling.
• Strong system design, data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement skills.
• Familiarity with caching, message queues, databases, and service governance.
• Interest in digital-asset trading, market structure, on-chain data, and token-related information.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project execution skills; a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI search, financial information retrieval, token or project research products, trading products, market analysis, quantitative tools, or strategy platforms.
• Experience building agent platforms, A/B testing frameworks, or evaluation datasets.
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and vector databases.
