Product Compliance Manager (Abu Dhabi Based) (Crypto)

What you will do

• Review and approve new products, features, financial instruments, and business initiatives for compliance with FSRA rules.
• Act as a regulatory liaison for product proposals, regulatory queries, and approval processes.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, rulebook gap analyses, and operational testing.
• Develop product compliance plans with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Draft, update, and maintain compliance policies, frameworks, and monitoring controls.
• Provide practical compliance guidance and training, and support internal compliance audits.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance within fintech, crypto, or traditional financial services.
• Deep familiarity with FSRA rulebooks, including GEN, COBS, and MIR.
• Experience engaging with regulators and responding to regulatory queries related to new product approvals.
• Ability to organize rulebook gap analyses and risk assessments and prepare detailed proposals for FSRA review and approval.
• Ability to communicate practical and commercially focused compliance advice to internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.
