Salary: from EUR 6,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks, providing practical guidance to business teams.
- Detect compliance gaps, create action plans, and coordinate remediation activities.
- Support corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits.
- Monitor Lithuanian and EU regulatory developments and coordinate necessary business changes.
- Communicate with the Bank of Lithuania and other regulatory authorities, preparing responses to inquiries.
- Investigate compliance incidents, handle complaints, maintain compliance documentation, and deliver regulatory awareness training.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of compliance experience in the financial services sector.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Lithuanian and EU laws and regulations applicable to financial institutions.
- Practical experience in compliance risk assessment, monitoring, remediation, and regulatory reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
