What you will do
- Design and build multi-agent AI systems where agents collaborate to execute complex tasks.
- Work with frontier models such as Claude, GPT-5, Gemini, and Grok, as well as open-source alternatives.
- Shape model behavior through prompt engineering, feedback loops, and iterative evaluation.
- Architect around model limitations and optimize production systems for token cost, latency, and reliability.
- Build internal AI products and support custom client AI projects.
Requirements
- Solid experience building real AI agent systems, or exceptional software skills demonstrated through innovative products.
- Strong Python skills and flexibility with other languages, including TypeScript and Golang.
- Demonstrable previous work through GitHub, demos, case studies, or other tangible evidence.
- Practical building experience is valued more than degrees or prestigious employers.
- Ability to work comfortably in an ambiguous, fast-moving startup environment.
