Senior Fullstack AI Engineer (AI Lab)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid model with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Turn agreed product opportunities and scope into working products and testable releases.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations, and data-handling components.
• Build frontend experiences with React or a comparable framework.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows across development, testing, validation, and product delivery.
• Work with product managers and designers to use data, user insights, and hypotheses to validate outcomes.
• Improve performance, reliability, maintainability, deployment, and operation of production software.

Requirements

• Senior-level engineering expertise in frontend, backend, or fullstack development.
• Hands-on experience with React or a comparable frontend framework and Node.js with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, complete products, and reliable production software with automated testing, debugging, and monitoring.
• Experience with advanced AI-native workflows, including agent-based or spec-driven development, evaluation, and production responsibility.
• Experience working in a cross-functional product organisation with product managers and designers, using data and user insights to validate value.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rust or Python backend systems.
• Experience with AWS, distributed, event-driven, or serverless systems.
• Experience with automated delivery pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with mobile development, experimentation tooling, user-experience metrics, or AI/ML product integration.
