Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and ship product features across data infrastructure, backend systems, and frontend surfaces.
• Design and deploy autonomous agents and agent networks for monitoring, analysis, alerting, and data deep-dives.
• Build evaluation infrastructure, including regression suites, live evaluations, and quality gates.
• Develop chat and Studio experiences for conversational analytics, automated reports, and SQL-grounded multi-step plans.
• Build the MCP layer that enables external AI tools to access customer data securely.
• Help shape engineering practices, architecture, and tooling as the team grows.

Requirements

• Strong practical experience using AI and coding agents to build software.
• Ability to evaluate models, design AI-oriented systems, and manage context for long-running agent work.
• Ability to learn and work across databases, APIs, AI models, frontend systems, infrastructure, and SQL.
• Willingness to take ownership of tasks across the stack, from frontend fixes and backend rewrites to evaluation harnesses and infrastructure incidents.
• Availability for full-time work in Stockholm, Sweden.
