AI & ML Engineer (Python/ML/LLM): Building, training, and deploying production-oriented machine-learning models and services for LLM applications, automation, perception, sensor data, and industrial use cases with an accent on data pipelines, model deployment, and production reliability. Focus on developing software systems, integrating and fine-tuning LLMs, deploying containerized ML services, and improving monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD.

What you will do
- Build and maintain machine-learning pipelines from data preparation through deployment.
- Train, evaluate, and improve production-oriented machine-learning models.
- Develop Python-based data and software components and integrate ML services into software systems.
- Integrate or fine-tune large language models for practical applications.
- Deploy ML services using containers, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools.
- Monitor model performance and contribute to MLOps, experiment tracking, model versioning, and CI/CD.
Requirements
- Strong professional Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience building or training models with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or a comparable framework.
- Experience with data preparation, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience developing software systems rather than only notebooks or ad hoc scripts.
- Understanding of testing, versioning, monitoring, and deployment in production environments.
- Strong English communication skills and availability to work in Gothenburg or Stockholm, Sweden.
Nice to have
- LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering, or model fine-tuning experience.
- Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud ML platform experience.
- Experience with computer vision, object detection, sensor data, or time-series modelling.
- Automotive, industrial, engineering-domain, annotation, or training-data quality experience.
