Cyber Security Project Manager

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment.

What you will do

• Lead complex cybersecurity projects and programmes from initiation through completion.
• Deliver initiatives across Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration, Security Operations, and Data Protection.
• Define and manage project plans, scopes, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
• Maintain project governance, communication, delivery standards, and continuous improvement practices.
• Integrate tools and technology to improve programme planning and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology projects.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including IAM, PAM, IGA, Security Operations, or Data Protection.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
