Delivery and Returns Coordinator (12-month FTC) (Ecommerce)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Analyse business data across hirify.global platforms to identify process inefficiencies, non-compliance, and variance from intended delivery paths.
• Connect operational data with real-world observations to help solve supply chain problems.
• Identify trends and communicate insights to Supply Chain Managers and partner stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Monitor supplier performance and propose improvement strategies.
• Support business change, implementations, and peak-period operational activity.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, carrier management, delivery operations, warehousing, or inbound operations.
• Critical thinking and an analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
• Operational focus with the ability to develop solutions and drive improvements.
• Ability to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfort working collaboratively in an ambiguous, dynamic, and changing environment.
