Womenswear Buyer (Retail): Creating and managing commercially successful womenswear product ranges for Joules with an accent on range planning, sales analysis, supplier partnerships, and team leadership. Focus on making high-stakes buying decisions, responding to market changes, managing category risk, and driving seasonal product performance.
Location: Onsite at Head Office, The Barn, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, United Kingdom. Full-time hours are 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Create commercially successful womenswear ranges and maximise sales.
- Plan product ranges using sales analysis and price architecture.
- Analyse sales performance and introduce changes quickly when required.
- Manage the buying team, including delegation, workload planning, motivation, and performance.
- Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers and define mutual growth plans.
- Manage commercial risk, data accuracy, documentation, and the business impact of buying decisions.
Requirements
- Extensive senior buying experience within the womenswear sector.
- Proven experience managing high-value categories and making strategic buying decisions.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and shaping collection direction.
- Commercial confidence and the ability to bring products to market season after season.
- Strong collaboration, relationship-building, attention to detail, and ability to work flexibly at pace.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship is required; does not hold a Sponsor Licence.
