Maintenance & Repair Technician - Senior (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico (00603), with an expectation of primarily working from an HPE office

What you will do

• Coordinate maintenance activities across the manufacturing area to support efficient execution and resource utilization.
• Communicate priorities, schedules, operational needs, and status updates across the maintenance team.
• Support the supervisor in identifying issues and driving timely resolution.
• Balance workloads and maintain focus on critical production and business requirements.
• Repair, adjust, assemble, and modify manufacturing and assembly equipment using technical documentation and schematics.
• Promote technical excellence, collaboration, safety, and adherence to established procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with calibration and preventive maintenance execution.
• Working knowledge of electromechanical technology and software.
• Experience using CMMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and maintenance or ERP records.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, schematics, equipment manuals, and standards including ISO 9001, OSHA, or IPC-A-610.
