Maintenance Support Specialist (Manufacturing and Operations)

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair pneumatic and electrical equipment used on specialized test rigs.
• Support calibration activities and maintain records for testing equipment.
• Follow preventive maintenance programs for test rigs, high-pressure compressors, and related equipment.
• Track spare parts inventory and coordinate equipment support with suppliers.
• Collaborate with test technicians and the production supervisor to resolve seal-testing issues.
• Read and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and general technical drawings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of pneumatic equipment, instruments, high-pressure compressors, and regulators.
• Experience working with high- and low-voltage AC and DC motors from 120 to 480 VAC.
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI units, electrical and electronic components, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
• Previous technical support or maintenance experience with specialized equipment, including spare parts and supplier coordination.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Office 365, with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
