Supply Chain Specialist / Manager (LLE Procurement, Data Centres)

What you will do

• Track manufacturing and delivery milestones for long-lead equipment and coordinate schedules with general contractors and vendors.
• Lead supplier prequalification, bid analysis, pricing negotiations, shortlisting, and award recommendations.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and contract documentation.
• Administer contracts after award, including claims tracking, change orders, budget and timeline reporting, and client advice.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, storage, site deliveries, installation, and commissioning with the general contractor.
• Act as a procurement partner for the client, provide stakeholder updates, and resolve supply chain issues.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain or procurement within a data centre or complex construction environment, focused on long-lead owner-supplied equipment.
• Experience with owner-supplied equipment RFPs and the full pre-award and post-award procurement lifecycle.
• Strong Excel and post-award documentation skills.
• Ability to manage escalations, resolve issues under pressure, and work effectively in ambiguous, changing conditions.
• Excellent verbal, written, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
